Standard quartile range

The SQR is a statistical technology developed by Perezgonzalez as a measure of dispersion. It is half the IQR, or interquartile range. In normal distributions, it equals the interquartile range between the median and the 75^th quartile, or that betweent he 25^th quartile and the median.
