Referential RUB based on CPI

Referential RUB

The following table provides the inflator/deflator multiplier for calculating referential Russian rubles (rRUB). It is based on the average annual CPI (Consumer Price Index) for the Russian Federation (Rate Inflation, 20121). The formula is the following:

rRUB = nominal RUB + (nominal RUB * multiplier)
