Rank skewness

Rank skewness is a statistical technology developed by Perezgonzalez as a measure of skewness for ordinal variables. A positive value is indicative of a ranked distribution with a longer tail towards higher values (skewed right), that is a distribution where the median is farther away from the right. Negative values are indicative of ra ranked distribution with a longer tail towards lower values (skewed left), that is a distribution where the media is farther away from the left.
