Wiki of Science aims to gather and consolidate scientific knowledge, doing so in a way that also increases public awareness. The motto of the wiki counter-paraphrases Carl Ernst Arthur Wichmann's (1912) as "Everything learned, and nothing forgotten"1.

WikiofScience is open to anyone who wishes to contribute in any way to the scientific purpose of the site. You can author and/or edit pages, proof-read them and even peer-review them. Academics, scientists and researchers, but also students and the public in general, are most welcome to contribute with their knowledge, time and effort. In particular, WikiofScience needs members who are serious about the contribution that science can make to this world and wish to participate towards such goal with the rigor characteristic of academics and scientists.
