Donkey milk had, on average, a nutritional balance of BNI 115.60s, being particularly biased towards excess of sugar. It was adequate in protein, saturated fat and sodium, low in fat and fiber, and high in carbohydrate. It also provided about 91mg of calcium per 100ml of milk.
